1. Legal Business Information

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and tripled (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"), the legal business entity operating UI TripleD. Our legal business name is tripled.

UI TripleD provides digital products (UI components, templates, and code) that are delivered automatically upon purchase. No human-driven services are required or included in the core product offering. Customer support is provided on a voluntary, best-effort basis but is not a contractual obligation or part of the product delivery.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using UI TripleD ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

3. License Grant

Upon purchase of a Pro or Lifetime license, UI TripleD grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Use the components and templates in unlimited personal and commercial projects
• Modify and adapt the code to suit your needs
• Create derivative works based on the provided components

4. Restrictions

You are not permitted to:

• Redistribute or resell the source code or components as-is or with superficial modifications
• Create competing products or component libraries using our code
• Share your license or access credentials with others
• Publicly publish or distribute the raw source code in a way that circumvents the purchase requirement

5. Free Components

Free components are provided under the MIT License and may be used without restriction. No attribution is required, but is appreciated.

6. Updates and Support

Pro (1-Year) licenses receive product updates for one year from the purchase date. Lifetime licenses receive product updates for the lifetime of the product. Updates are delivered automatically as digital content.

Customer support is provided on a voluntary, best-effort basis and is not guaranteed as part of the product. Support does not include custom development, implementation services, or any human-driven professional services.

7. Intellectual Property

All components, templates, code, and documentation remain the intellectual property of tripled (operating as UI TripleD). Your license grants you usage rights but does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

8. Warranty Disclaimer

The Service and all components are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. UI TripleD does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall tripled (operating as UI TripleD) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Modifications to Terms

UI TripleD reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Termination

UI TripleD reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable international laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
